Whenever you begin your search to merge and/or acquire a company, you turn to the task of creating a long list of firms that conceptually fit your desired criteria.

2. LOCATION(s)

This section is designed for you to provide us with the location(s) you are interested in finding firms for your M&A initiative. Please note that multiple geographies will slightly increase scope/fee amount. Large states (Texas, New York, etc.) could be considered multiple geographies depending on request.

3. Firm Specs

We want to know about the size and type of firm(s) you are looking for in your M&A initiative. Please note that multiple selections in size can affect the overall scope/fee depending on how big of a difference in sizes you select. Example: Having us generate a list of 1-15 employee firms VS 50-75 employees requires two(2) separate lists to be created. However, if you are considering multiple "sizes and/or types" that is ok with us!

Each firm type added beyond the first will increase the project cost.

4. Clients & Types

When looking for M&A prospects it is very important to ensure the types of Clients and Projects the target firms work with are consistent with your objectives. Feel free to be as specific as listing the "actual" clients you are interested in.

5. Markets & Services

Please tell us more about the ideal "markets & services" you are looking for in a firm. Market Example: Transportation, Health care, etc. Service Example: GIS, PD&E studies, environmental remediation, etc. Feel free to type in as many markets and services as you'd like, however we want to know which is your primary, secondary and tertiary choices to ensure the accuracy of the list!
